Evolve Small Group Training 

Customers can receive individualized training through the Evolve program in a small group setting.

You’ll encounter a welcoming environment, accountability from peers and coaches, and increased motivation to train with a purpose.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

EVOLVE FITNESS FOUNDATIONS

During this session, which lasts for a week, you will learn the seven movement patterns you will use throughout the Evolve Performance programs. Your coaches will assist you in perfecting your technique, which will lessen the likelihood of you suffering an injury and enhance the 

efficacy of your motions.

EVOLVE STRENGTH

Participating in these workouts will improve your strength, endurance, balance, and cognitive thinking. Your body and mind will be tested when they work together to keep you moving, performing, and achieving your strength and power objectives.

EVOLVE CONDITIONING

Throughout these sessions, you will be put through your paces with intervals of high-intensity training. Boosting your body’s metabolic demand and the energy it uses will help your body become a more practical machine for shedding excess fat. You will see improvements in your stamina, endurance, and core strength if you participate in this metabolic conditioning program.

EVOLVE TRX®

People of all fitness levels may participate in this body-weight class without risk and get positive results. TRX® workouts are intended to move your center of gravity, which activates your core muscles throughout every exercise. Additionally, you will see improvements in mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance.

EVOLVE SENIOR STRENGTH & SENIOR TAX

Participating in these workouts will improve your strength, endurance, balance, and cognitive thinking. They will work to help keep you moving, performing, and improving your basic activities of daily living, and in the process, both your body and your mind will be put to the test. This group is designed for people aged 55 and older who could benefit from additional support when beginning a fitness journey.

Personal Training 

SEE THE RESULTS OF THE TRAINING THAT YOU’VE ALWAYS DESIRED

Every new member will meet with a nationally certified personal trainer to get you off to the perfect start. You will get a thorough InBody analysis to see where your starting point is, a cardio deck and weight room floor orientation so you can use every piece of equipment the club offers, and an hour set aside for you to ask your trainer any questions. Have you ever attended a fitness orientation if you’re a current member? Please inform the front desk or the fitness director so they can set you up to succeed in your fitness objectives.

SPORTS TEAM TRAINING

STRENGTH, SPEED, AND AGILITY

Outside of their regular season, teams are welcome to train at ClubWorx with nationally certified coaches in a facility that is up to date on the latest training methods. They focus on developing all aspects of strength, skills, and energy systems to compete successfully. Their training regimens are designed with an awareness of periodization and balance so that their athletes can remain in good health while still making steady advancements.

They offer programming for athletes of all levels, from newcomers seeking to get their first pull-up and develop foundational skills to elite athletes who aspire to reach high-level competitions. Their workouts come with scaled options, making their programming accessible to athletes of all skill levels.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

STRENGTH & POWER

(2 DAYS/WEEK)

Their strength program, made especially for athletes, will create a foundational level of athletic strength. This strong base is essential to the athletes’ on-field muscular presence as it will be the foundation for speed and explosiveness. Prioritizing strengthening the lower body and core, we’ll concentrate on calisthenics like sled pushes, back squats, split squats, kettlebell swings, hex bar lifts, and various other moves.

SPEED AND EXPLOSIVENESS

(1 DAY/WEEK):

Their speed and agility program will encourage straight-line acceleration and speed and quickness for changing directions and achieving an advantageous position. It is designed to develop explosive speed and quickness. Drills like sled pull, weighted sprints, hill sprints, plyometrics (explosive jumping), footwork drills, and more will be incorporated.

 ATHLETIC MOBILITY

(DAILY):

Athletes will be introduced to joint-specific flexibility and mobility exercises, movement patterns, and stretching positions during warm-ups and cool-downs. Athletic mobility is important for preventing injuries, improving athletic performance, and teaching athletes how to maintain their mobility outside training sessions.

DEVELOPMENT OF SPORT AND ATHLETICS 13+

This program aims to develop effective weightlifting movement patterns while fostering athletic resilience and injury prevention. Olympic and conventional barbell, dumbbell, and “odd-object” training, metabolic conditioning, and mobility improvement are all included in the programming.
